The home buying checklist is great for many reasons. If you choose to work together, I will ask you to fill these out and then complete one together. This allows the two of you to understand what each of you wants in a home. It will help me build a search parameter in the email alert system I use so that you will be notified any time a property comes on the market that matches your search parameter. Another thing this document helps us with is buyer’s remorse. The beauty of this form is that you fill out in logic but you buy from emotion (even a logical engineer!). So this will help you to get past buyer’s remorse after I have called you to tell you bought the house ! You’ll sleep much better that first night after I tell you that you’ve just bought a home !
